We are looking for new supporters to become a part of our growing support team.

Are you a WordPress professional and know your way around plugins/themes?
Do you know all the nifty details of our “Slider Revolution” and/or “Essential Grid” plugins?
Do you have an open, curious and flexible attitude with the ability to take constructive criticism?
Do you strive to solve problems independently?
Are you fluent in English?
If all of the above apply to you, then you might just be the person we need!

Timezone Requirements: Available to work a least a couple of hours in GMT-4 (US Time)

Work scope :
1. Ticketing
2. Live Chat
3. Product Testing

Time : 8hours/day(Mon-Friday) 6hours(Sat) and off(Sun)

Able to work on weekends is a plus.
