How to Redirect to a Conditional Custom Thank You Page in WooCommerce

As you know, the thank you page is the page that is displayed to a client when their order is finalized and includes the order details. The default WooCommerce thank you page can be edited using hooks. Sometimes, however, we want to change the thank you page URL or design completely.
