A refresh of WordPress.org/themes

As part of a broader project to reimagine the visual appearance, functionality, and other elements of the WordPress.org website, one of the next focus areas is the WordPress Theme Directory. It will soon receive a refresh similar to other pages of the WordPress.org website, such as Showcase or News.
