What is GA4 and Why Should I Care?

Google Analytics 4, commonly referred to as GA4, is Google’s newest version of Analytics, the measurement solution used by more than 28 million websites. It’s been a big topic in the news lately because on July 1, 2023, the current version of Analytics (Universal Analytics) will stop gathering data – so all the traffic to your site will show zeroes.
