New Mobile Support Forum

TL;DR
For the past few months the mobile team has been working on refocusing the WordPress App to provide a closer-to-core experience. As part of this effort, we saw an opportunity to rethink how we handle support for the WordPress mobile apps and the outcome of this was the new forum for the WordPress app: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/mobile/.
