WordPress 6.2 release date updated: March 29, 2023

The WordPress 6.2 release was due today, March 28, 2023. However, a regression with date formats has been spotted during the 24-hour freeze. Release leads have agreed to revert the ticket that introduced the regression, which will require another Release Candidate version, restarting the 24-hour freeze timer, and a new release date on March 29th.
