We are seeking an experienced Founding Fullstack Engineer with expertise in WordPress, Laravel and Vue (or React) to join our team in a founding position. You will play a vital role in the development and growth of our platform, working closely with a team of skilled professionals to create a seamless and robust backend architecture.

Summary
As a Full Stack Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining an extendable backend, while also contributing to platform strategy and management. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in the hiring and mentoring of new developers as our team expands.
Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and maintain a scalable and extendable backend architecture using Laravel and Vue (or React)
– Collaborate with the team to define platform strategy and roadmap
– Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security
– Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
– Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
– Contribute to the hiring process for new developers, ensuring the growth of a strong and cohesive team
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks in a timely manner
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in web development
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a focus on Laravel and Vue (or React)
– Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
– Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
– Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience the WordPress industry is a big plus
– Experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing developers is a plus
– Passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in web development
