How to Create File Uploader on the Checkout Page

Imagine you have an online printing shop and you want to give the buyers ability to upload their logo or design and attach it to their orders. As you know, WooCommerce default checkout fields have no upload field, and sometimes we need to let the user upload a file through his checkout process.
