WordPress developer – develop personal blog website

Looking for WordPress developer to help develop personal blog for healthcare emergencies for parents. Need UX that can be seen easy on phone or tablet and easy to use functions to post to social media and email management (newsletters, respond to questions). I have a lot of content written, so want to get most of this up within a few months.
