– Provide technical support to our customers using WordPress themes from ThemeForest.
– Respond to customer inquiries and requests related to theme setup and usage, offering clear explanations and effective solutions.
– Communicate professionally with customers through the support platform.
– React and promptly address support tickets with efficiency.
– Clearly and comprehensively describe technical issues to our developers.
Requirements:
– Solid experience with the WordPress CMS and advanced knowledge of themes, plugins, and functionalities.
– Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS to deliver customized solutions to customers.
– Excellent written communication skills in English.
– Patience and ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable manner.
– Desire to provide exceptional customer support and exceed expectations.
– Previous experience in providing technical support or assistance services is a plus.
