HYLA Belgium is seeking a T-shaped WordPress freelancer to complete and deliver a fast, SEO-ready, and conversion-focused website. The current site is a partially completed WordPress build that needs to be fully completed and optimized end-to-end.
? What you’ll work on
Lightweight WordPress theming (ACF, CPT, no heavy page builders)
Technical SEO: sitemaps, robots, canonicals, internal linking, URL hygiene
Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS, critical CSS, fonts, image optimization, JS deferring
UX/UI + CRO: 2-step demo form, inline validation, microcopy, sticky CTAs (no CLS)
Structured data (JSON-LD): Organization, LocalBusiness, Product, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList
GA4 + GTM: Consent Mode v2, event tracking (form_start ? final_submit, click-to-call, WhatsApp)
Git workflow, PR reviews, staging/noindex, backups, rollback, accessibility (WCAG AA basics)

Proven Technical SEO & structured data skills (not plugin-only)
Mobile CWV optimization with measurable improvements
