Monthly Deputy / Organizer Training and Mini Sprints

We are planning to run a Zoom call every month for the Deputy Training and a mini-sprint to work on any tasks that deputies handle. The idea is to provide continuous training to deputies and to work together on the issues that require collaboration and discussion.
