Suggested update to Events Code of Conduct

I recently came across some Code of Conduct language around social or supplemental events that I thought could make a great addition to our current events Code of Conduct. After testing the thought in the Making WordPress Slack, I’m bringing the suggested addition here for extra visibility. Here is what I propose we add:
