Introducing the WordPress.org GitHub Invite tool

Many WordPress.org teams have been migrating over to GitHub for repositories and Issue tracking, but with that has come some limitations of GitHub – namely, that in order for users to be able to alter issues/prs or push changes to a repo, they first need to be a member of the GitHub organisation.
