PTE Request for [ASTRA]

Astra is a popular WordPress theme and there is not PTE for this excellent theme. So, I want to work as PTE for Astra WP theme. I suggested few translations and noticed none of the before translation were approved. So, please allow me as PTE for Astra WP Theme.
