Hallway Hangout: Issues Triage Extending Gutenberg

In many conversations, the question comes up about what the stage is on getting more extensibility features, hooks, and filters into the block editor. In the Gutenberg GitHub Repository, there are approximately 110 issues labeled with “Extensibility” and 20 with “Blocks Adoption”.
