Openverse maintainers welcome Kenneth Ng as a new committer

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Kenneth Ng (@ngken0955) has been added as a committer to the Openverse project! His contributions to Openverse across the stack as well as his work adding a new provider and implementing prose linting in our sensitive terms list have been tremendously beneficial. We’re thankful for his continued effort as a community contributor.
