Discussion on changes needed for Forums to adhere to the Digital Services Act (DSA)

Following my previous findings/messages in Make Slack – here are some changes we may need to make to the forums in order to adhere to the Digital Services Act (DSA) and make life easier for the Incident Report Team (IRT):
