WordPress Support Specialist – Real Estate Tech Company (Winning Agent)

Type: Part-Time
Start Date: Immediate (overlap with current support till Sept 1)
About Us:
We’re a top-notch provider of real estate WordPress themes and IDX memberships. We’re on the hunt for a WordPress Support Specialist to join our team and help us keep our clients happy.
Role Overview:
You’ll be a key player, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing our sites. You’ll also help create new products and be our go-to person for all things WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer website support queries related to our products.
-Troubleshoot and fix websites for clients.
-Help with IDX Broker support and integration.
-Manage our sites, including updates,plugins, and backups.
-Assist in creating and posting new products.
-Run our support desk using http://Helpscout.com .
Skills and Qualifications:
-Proficient at WordPress coding and troubleshooting.
-Experience with child themes.
-Knowledge of IDX, especially IDXBroker and potentially IHomefinder.
-Can create tutorials and how-to guides (bonus if you can make videos).
-Can set up a complete real estate website.
-Fluent in English (phone support required)
-Available during our support times (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central)

-Competitive hourly pay ($25/hr plus other incentives and bonuses. Starting at ~10 hrs/week and ramping up in the coming months)
